2013 has been an exciting year for us.  Our customers have been very good to us and we have had countless return customers.  We truly feel that your customers happiness is of high importance if you want them to be a repeat client.

Our favorite repeat client is the Bar/Bat Mitzvah Families.  You never know whether a parent has 1 or 5 kids that will be growing up and into adulthood.  We try to be over helpful, have a professional personality, give good quality workmanship, and a good value.  The client will not only call you for their next life event but they will spread the word to their friends and family.  One job can eventually turn into 10 or more jobs.

One of our favorite clients is a local casino.  We had the privilege to be part of the unveiling of a new high tech slot machine with an "Avatar" theme.  It was very exciting! I'm a huge fan of the movie and can't wait for Avatar II.

Another challenge. A major hotel chain wanted to do one of their break out classes at a recent training seminar in the form of a moch "Hollywood Squares", calling it "Hospitality Squares". The challenge was the room had only 12ft ceilings. 4,000 5" balloons, 192 feet of garland, and 8 hours later this is what we came up with.

This last month has been a blast.  We've had the privilege to be part of some awesome events.  My favorite is a Candy Themed Bat Mitzvah for Hannah.  We worked in conjunction with Mitzvah Event Productions, Sunset Productions-Photog. and Mr. Disc. Jockey.    I think they're several requirements that make for a successful event.  The first being working with qualified, seasoned event professionals that you have built a re-pore and relationships with.  If you do so, the atmosphere is one of which, everyone helps to do what needs to be done in the best interest of the client.  The second requirement is a well thought out plan and design.  Color and Pop is my favorite.
